Ed grew up in Wildwood, NJ and left for Florida in 1976 all on his own. Six weeks after his journey to Florida he ended up in Vacaville, CA. He started off making donuts at Winchells at Alamo Plaza then began working at local restaurants Then went to college to earn his degree in Computer Science. Ed is now a math teacher for 6th, 7th and 8th grade at two schools. His dream was always to be in a band and landed his spot in Rockoustix.
Marko grew up in Two Rivers Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Michigan. He was raised on classic rock. He began drumming in 6th grade and only played through the 10th grade because he thought he was too cool for school band. His wife, Karla, found a drum set at her work and brought it home in 2016 and said, “here you go” so after a 40 year hiatus he started playing again. Always having dreamt of playing in a band (other then school) he forced himself to get over it and put himself out there and found Roy, Ed and Lucy. Started jamming with them and found himself “in the band”

Brigette’s passion for singing began as a child during a long cross-country family trip in the back seat of their station wagon. Encouraged by her Dad Bryan, she sang along repeatedly to the soundtrack of “A Star is Born” starring Barbara Streisand and Kris Kristofferson. Beyond family gatherings of the highly anticipated karaoke nights, Brigette immersed herself in high school musicals taking on leading parts as well as a brief stint as keyboardist for her friends’ rock bands. She also performed as a soloist with the choir at her father’s church for their holiday musical productions, once singing with the choir in San Quentin for its inmates and staff.
Realities of family eventually took front stage and for many years the dream of performing was put on hold except with an occasional karaoke appearance and private performances in the comfort of a moving car or in a hot running shower. Brigette finally found that spark again recently when her friends and family kept encouraging her to not wait until retirement. A month after putting herself out there she was asked to join the band Rockoustix and the rest is history. “It’s never too late to get back out there and live your dream”
Tim started playing bass guitar in the late 70’s in his home town of Napa. Playing parties and fairs he nearly wore out his Rickenbacker. Now a long time family man in Fairfield, he’s laying down the low end groove with Rockoustix.
Roy‘s a native Californian born in Oakland. Living in Vacaville since 76’. Playing guitar for 45 years he played in garage bands as a young adult but nothing serious. Family, career and a mortgage kept guitar playing private. Fast forward to today and the creation of Rockoustix provides a perfect time for good music and good friends. He has plenty of guitars and has his wife to thank for his indulgence.
